The Sungrow SBR096 high-voltage (192V - 219V DC) battery is a high-performance energy storage solution tailored for residential use. Its design features compact dimensions (625 mm width, 545 mm height, and 330 mm depth), making it ideal for installations where space is limited. The SBR096 is engineered for longevity, with Sungrow recommending specific charging and discharging protocols to enhance its lifespan. This battery system supports a depth of discharge (DOD) of up to 100%, ensuring optimal use of its 9.6 kWh capacity.

The SBR096 integrates advanced safety features, including over/under voltage protection, overcurrent protection, and temperature monitoring, to ensure reliable operation. Additionally, it supports up to 30A continuous charging and discharging current, providing robust performance. For example, it can power a standard refrigerator (200 watts) for approximately 48 hours, or a combination of basic home appliances such as several LED lights, a laptop, and a TV (totalling 300 watts) for about 32 hours. The above are estimates and will vary based on the devices connected.
