We originally thought a 5kW inverter would be enough, but Energy Loop took the time to look at our actual household usage, including our ducted air conditioning, and recommended a 7.5kW SolaX inverter instead.

They explained the reasons clearly without putting any pressure on us. After seeing how much power our air conditioner uses, we’re glad we followed their advice. The larger inverter allows the battery to run the air conditioning while still supporting other appliances in the house.

Energy Loop installed our Sigenergy solar and battery system with full home backup. Having a newborn baby, we wanted the reassurance that essential appliances—and ideally the whole house—could continue operating during a power outage. The team explained everything clearly and helped us choose a system that suited our family.

Our house was not easy to work with. It has double-brick construction, different floor levels, a high-pitched tiled roof and a difficult cable route between the garage and switchboard. Despite this, the installation team did an amazing job. They carefully concealed most of the cabling, protected the property and left the finished system looking extremely neat.

Chris was friendly and help me through ojt  the process .. I am happy with my battery installed 03/2026.   So far so good,  our electricity was reduced!  The team who installed look very professional on what they do . And they clean the space before the left.  I will highly recommend!
