Smarter Entry. Designed for Real Homes.

The right LOCKIN smart lock depends on your door design, preferred access method, household members, security requirements and smart-home setup.
The Essential Series offers practical smart access for everyday homes, while the Premium Series provides more advanced biometric recognition, intelligent security and architectural design.
Energy Loop can help Adelaide homeowners compare the Veno Pro, X9, SV40, V7 Max, S6 Max and V5 Max before purchasing.

Compatibility depends on the door material, thickness, edge profile, handle position and available mounting space.
As a general guide, the door should be made from solid timber, engineered wood or composite material, be at least 35 mm thick and have sufficient flat installation space. Doors with glass panels, narrow frames, unusual recesses or decorative features may require further assessment.
Energy Loop can check photos and measurements or arrange a door compatibility assessment.

Palm vein recognition reads the unique vein pattern inside the palm without requiring direct fingerprint contact.
Finger vein recognition reads vein patterns beneath the finger and may be more reliable than traditional fingerprint scanning for children, older users or people with faint or worn fingerprints.
3D facial recognition uses depth information and facial points to identify an authorised user.
Available biometric methods vary between LOCKIN models.

Yes. Fingerprint recognition reads the external surface pattern of the finger. Finger vein recognition detects the vein pattern beneath the skin.
This can make finger vein access useful for people whose fingerprints are faint, wet, worn or difficult for a conventional fingerprint reader to recognise.
The LOCKIN SV40 and S6 Max feature finger vein recognition.

Yes. Energy Loop is an authorised LOCKIN dealer providing product advice, door compatibility checks, supply, installation and local support across Adelaide and selected areas of South Australia.
We recommend confirming door compatibility before purchasing a smart lock.

Yes, but the most suitable recognition method may differ between users.
Finger vein recognition may be helpful for children, older family members and people with faint or worn fingerprints. Palm vein recognition provides contactless access, while PIN codes, app access and mechanical keys may provide additional entry options depending on the model.

LOCKIN smart locks provide battery-related features that vary between models, such as low-battery reminders and emergency power access.
Selected models include an emergency Type-C power port and a mechanical key option. Battery type, expected battery life and emergency access method should be confirmed for the specific model.

Selected LOCKIN models support smart connectivity.
For example, the V7 Max includes Matter support for compatible cross-platform smart-home systems. Compatibility depends on the specific LOCKIN model, mobile device, app and smart-home platform.

Selected LOCKIN models include a mechanical key as an alternative or emergency access method.
The available unlocking methods vary by model, so we recommend checking the product specifications before selecting a lock.

Supply-only options may be available. However, door compatibility should be checked before purchasing because not every smart lock will fit every door.
Professional installation is recommended where door preparation, mortise fitting or alignment work is required.
