We originally thought a 5kW inverter would be enough, but Energy Loop took the time to look at our actual household usage, including our ducted air conditioning, and recommended a 7.5kW SolaX inverter instead.

They explained the reasons clearly without putting any pressure on us. After seeing how much power our air conditioner uses, we’re glad we followed their advice. The larger inverter allows the battery to run the air conditioning while still supporting other appliances in the house.

The installation was neat and professional, and everything is working very well. Energy Loop provided a properly designed solar and battery solution rather than just selling us a standard package. Highly recommended for anyone considering solar and battery installation in Adelaide.😊

Energy Loop installed our Sigenergy solar and battery system with full home backup. Having a newborn baby, we wanted the reassurance that essential appliances—and ideally the whole house—could continue operating during a power outage. The team explained everything clearly and helped us choose a system that suited our family.

Our house was not easy to work with. It has double-brick construction, different floor levels, a high-pitched tiled roof and a difficult cable route between the garage and switchboard. Despite this, the installation team did an amazing job. They carefully concealed most of the cabling, protected the property and left the finished system looking extremely neat.

We really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to solve the difficult parts properly. Highly recommend Energy Loop for Sigenergy solar, battery and full home backup installation in Adelaide.

We had an excellent experience with Chris and the Energy Loop team. Chris was extremely professional, responsible and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right for us.

What impressed us most was that he even came to our home after his normal working hours to carry out a site inspection and discuss the installation with us in detail. He gave us a very competitive price and was always responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He continued to follow up with us from the initial inspection all the way through to the completion of the installation.

The installation was completed professionally and neatly, and everything went smoothly with no unexpected issues. We are very happy with both the product and the service we received.

A big thank you to Chris for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!
