Energy Loop installed our Sigenergy solar and battery system with full home backup. Having a newborn baby, we wanted the reassurance that essential appliances—and ideally the whole house—could continue operating during a power outage. The team explained everything clearly and helped us choose a system that suited our family.

Our house was not easy to work with. It has double-brick construction, different floor levels, a high-pitched tiled roof and a difficult cable route between the garage and switchboard. Despite this, the installation team did an amazing job. They carefully concealed most of the cabling, protected the property and left the finished system looking extremely neat.

We really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to solve the difficult parts properly. Highly recommend Energy Loop for Sigenergy solar, battery and full home backup installation in Adelaide.

Great team and a high-quality product (DAIKIN)! Communication was excellent, and the installation was organised really quickly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish — such an easy and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

So far i love this system..
Hopefully the system can run well for a long long time...i highly recommend this company to you.

Great service and very competitive pricing. Josh was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The installer, Andy, was also professional and did an excellent job with the battery installation.
The entire process was impressively fast - took only about a week from paying the deposit to completing the installation.
So far, everything has been running smoothly with the newly installed battery. It’s still early days, but I’ll provide a further update if any issues arise. For now, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install a new solar battery before May.
