The Free 3 Plan and Basic Free 3 Plan provide free energy daily between 11 am and 2 pm. These plans are designed to help you save on energy costs while enjoying a more sustainable lifestyle.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for these plans, you must be a residential customer with a communicating smart meter. If you're not eligible, you will be moved to our Standard Retail Contract, ensuring you still benefit from our competitive rates.
Billing Requirements
- The Free 3 Plan: Requires monthly advance payment through a Bill Smoothing arrangement, ensuring predictable and manageable energy bills.
- The Basic Free 3 Plan: Billed in arrears, with monthly statements for the energy used, payable by the due date on your bill.
