The sales person, Chris was great and he kept me in touch where things were at. The installers were also friendly explaining the install and operations before they left the site.

The special for the 39.9kwh was great value!
There were extras that we add on top of the install, such as 2x backup circuits in case of blackout and extra for an extra 18km of travel from their office.

Overall, very happy with the company and install🙂

Last month I had a Daikin Cora 5kw split system installed by Energy Loop. It all started by me making a phone call and Isaac Lim visiting me at home. We had a long conversation, he was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, was polite with no pressure to sigh a contract.The installation date was even earlier than originally quoted. The installation team was amazing!!! The weather was shocking, they even used a umbrella so that they could finish the job and I could enjoy being in a warm lounge.My experience, from meeting Isaac, the office staff to the installers has been nothing but pleasant and very helpful.
